In the event that you receive a defective product, we undertake to exchange it for you.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise within 14 days of receipt of his order. To exercise this right, he must within this period return the Product to the address written on the shipping packaging.
The return is at the Customer's risk. It will be the Customer's responsibility to keep any proof of return. The return of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer.
BE+RADIANCE undertakes to reimburse the Customer for all sums paid within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the Products and the Customer's decision to withdraw. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded.
EXCHANGE
We can make a free exchange of the products if it is not the correct shade. All the Customer has to do is contact us via the website or by writing to us at contact@beradiance.paris.
